I am making 2 different webpages, but I need help. And i'm writing the codes in notepad.

Is your webpage actually on the internet? If so then you need to upload the picture to your webserver. If you are just designing a local page (if you are just practicing) then you need to have the picture in the same folder as your webserver.

After that then you use the image tag
