two fast food places drove my bad! BK coughed in my food and called me a "byotch " in spanish ( i know some ). and then today JJ --- the girl was like "i put onions in your sandwich -- byotch " in english! can i sue them ? and at JJ- i stuck my fingers and now i am cut! what to do? sue?

Sure, you can sue. The judge will laugh in your face and you'll lose, but you can sue.

You are talking about two companies, BK I guess is Burger King, I don't know what JJ is, but it probably is not a small company. It is you against these companies. You have to prove that something was done to you. It isn't easy, you are the one who has to prove it and you are always really the one on trial. Think about that case of the woman who burnt herself with the hot coffee, she sued and got nothing. It's a waste of your time and your money to try and sue these companys. Just don't go back there, they aren't healthy for you anyway.

Why not? Its worth a try. I say get really fat from eating BK food then go to court and say its BK's fault. Then die of fatness..
