Turn then ignition key to the ON position but leave the radio Off so only the time is displayed.

Press and Hold in the button that says "clock" under the scan button in until it 'beeps'. after it beeps you can release the clock button and then use the radio station preset button #4 (under the radio display) to change the hours and the radio preset button #5 to change the minutes. when the clock is set, press the clock button again to lock in the time and shut the key off.

some of the radios will not 'beep' when you press the clock button in. if you don't hear a beep within 5 seconds, then you have to keep holding the clock button in while you adjust the hours and minutes using the 4 & 5 buttons on the radio presets. it depends on the radio in the car as to which procedure you use, but it is one or the other.

hope that helps
