My question is simply what is better Blueray dvds or HD dvds?
Well it started me off when i was in toysrus looking for ps3 deals a ladie comes up to me starts saying whats good then says stuff about the two dvds then says "The most selling dvds at the moment is the porn industry and sony is paying them to stick with bleuray" didnt understand and i aint lying what she said.
She also added that "Something is going to decide what we stick to" so in other words their can only be one?

Blu-Ray has more capacity, but you won't notice it when you buy a movie. With current screen resolutions, both formats are equally good.
My advice is simple: go for the cheaper. If you want to buy a PS3 stick with blu-ray, else go for the HD-DVD.
BTW, the porn industry isn't interested in those formats right now. DVDs are still selling good, they're much cheaper and have enough quality for what the producers care.
