By log rules, whenever you add two logs that have the same base, it's the same thing as having one log with those arguments multiplied by each other. so log a + log b = log(ab). By that reasoning, the single log you're looking for is log4 (15).

log4 5 +log4 3 = log4(5x3) = log4(15) by the log property that log(ab= = log(a) + log(b) whatever the base and as long as the base is the same in both logs.
