A lighter than normal period can be a pregnancy sign, so since you have already passed that point it is not too early to test. Lighter bleeding can be mistaken for a period when it is actually implantation bleeding, which can last for 2-3 days. I was on Yasmin for 3 months and got pregnant 2 weeks after stopping it last year.

Do a test with Clearblue Digital or First Response...both are very good at detecting hcg levels 4-5 before your expected period. You should always buy ones that have multiple tests in them so if one come out negative then you can always test after 3-5 days again!

Good luck to you :)

You could be pregnant, but it could also be signs of your body trying to get used to being off of the birth control. Usually, it takes the body about 6 months to get all of the birth control pill hormones out of its system. When I went off of the pill for the first month, I had two days of spotting and thought that I was pregnant. The doc did a test and I wasn't. I didn't have a normal period until my third month of being off the pill.

Sounds like you might be pregnant...Take a pregnancy test...You can buy early tests (first response early) that you can use 5 days before your period is due....Good Luck!

Coming off birth control pills can cause weard things to happen in a woman body. Sometimes it takes up to 2 years for her harmone level to get back to normal. If you should be pregnant, ask the drugest if he can make the old fassion gluecose, it will stop you upset stomach,. My wife took this with each of her pregnancys, it works magic at releaving sickness. You also need to pay your doctor a visit.
