He's only 9 1/2 months old, so it's a bit hard to judge his perception of our relationship but I try really hard to spend as much time with him as possible since I work. I'm CRAZY about him!!!
I sing to him, read to him, we play during bath time, we smear food all over each other at meal times, we take walks, we watch Baby Einstein together, we snuggle, hug and kiss, we play pat-a-cake & ring around the rosie. I rarely get a sitter on weekends because I'd much rather be with him and if I do, I try to go out late after he is going to bed. I get to work at the crack of dawn so I can get off early and spend afternoons with him.
Only time will tell, but I'm trying my hardest to lay the foundation for a great relationship.
