We moved her tank last night and i saw her this morning laying on her side and quickly moved her back to the tank she was thriving in please help me on what I should do!

The fry that are in there are perfectly fine it makes no sense!

My guess would be some type of water quality shock. Temperature, pH, ammonia, something along those lines. There really isn;t much you can do for this except to try to keep the fish warm and comfortable in a undisturbed place. If the tank is in a high traffic area, cover the tank for the day with the light off and allow her to rest and hope for the best.

Sorry to say this,but her chances aren't looking too good.Usually when fish show signs of serious disease or damage,there's not much you can do for them.Especially smaller ones like molly.
It's very probable that she went into thermal shock,because of the drastic temperature difference.Was the water colder in the place where you moved the tank?Do you pump air into the water?Do you use a thermostat water heater?

it could be some sort of illness, but its hard to tell.
