Contrary to popular belief and most of the answers above, babies do pee and poop within the mothers womb.
The baby does pee in the womb. The amniotic fluid, or the water in the womb, comes from this pee. However, most of the waste products are passed on to the mother. Any waste that does get into the amniotic fluid is re-swallowed by the baby, and then passed on to the mother. This peeing and swallowing is neccesary, amniotic fluid is important, but too much is also dangerous.
As for poop, yes, on occasion babies do poop in the womb. Most of the time, the inside of the baby produces and sheds mucus, fine hairs, epithelial cells... These may be produced and shed within the digestive tract of the baby, or are shed into the womb and re-swallowed. Normally, this is stored within the intestines of the baby.
However, about 10% of the time, the baby may poop. This is especially dangerous if it gets into the lungs, as it means the baby may not be able to breath when the baby is born.
In conclusion, babies do pee and poop, and re-swallow it as well. You better hope they pee and swallow, and hope they dont poop.

In the uterus a foetus does not 'eat' but receives nutrients from the mother via the placenta and umbillical cord ie oxygen. It is only once the baby is born that faeces and urine are produced. Waste products also are passed through the umbillical cord from baby to mother in the form of carbon dioxide and urea.
Hope this helps :)

The waste is not solid but is not urine and the baby does eat jsut from different view but anyways what goes in must come out so the baby's umbilical cord carries wastes to the mothers bladder where it is taken out of the body along with the mothers urine

Baby receives only digested food from the mother so there is no question of pee and poop.

We have placentas for this.
Embryos are retained in uterus where they are given a sheltered period of development. Food & wastes are exchanged directly between fetal & maternal blood. The placenta is designed as a filter for the exchange of nutrients, gases & wastes while acting as a barrier between mother and young.
