i have to vote for #14. every case is different, and the whole thing is mix and match. although i have to say that if you find someone with all three of the symptoms it usually points to a superiority complex. there are people out there who just believe that they're better than the rest of us. they're easy enough to spot, just read....

I attribute arrogance to one (and therefore, seven) or three. Self-righteousness to two, and discourtesy to thirteen. I believe it has to with a lack of up-bringing.
