Check your water pressure regulator. There is a gizmo you can buy at the home improvement stores to test it. You will find it where the water goes into your home. Mine is in the garage and the first outlet for it is the washer so when it was too high, the hoses would burst. I had to replace the pressure regulator and buy the heavy duty washing machine hose kit (also at the home improvement stores).

If you are using anything but hoses specified as washer hoses, that is the problem. You can get stainless stell reinforced hoses for it. Also check that the hoses are not rubbing against anything that may be cutting them due to vibration while the unit is running. If your house water pressure is too high (over 80 pounds), turn off the inlet valves when not using the washer or install a pressure reducing valve in your main water supply line.

Water pressure too high, you'll find a lever where the hose joins the plumbing, turn the tap until the pressure is reduced, you can do this by turning the washing machine on in a fill position and as the machine fill turn the lever until the pressure is correct.

inlet hose is the name given to a Small hose connecting the water valve to the washing machine tub itself. If that is the hose you referring to try the following.
cautiously check with your finger if there are sharp edges or burrs where the inlet hose connects to the washer, if so try to smooth it down with sandpaper
when the machine goes into spinning causes friction between the hose and the machine tub
eventually disintegrating the hose

I believe it needs to be a special hose designed for washers. I once used two garden hoses (hot and cold) to put my washer outside because it was leaking. After the first wash the hoses burst.
