Make your life to busy for him and he will want you around more when he realizes what he is missing out on. Go out and have fun without him and when he calls then invite him to come and hang with ya... Don't make time for him!

You are not specific with your details. Do you mean he ignores you when you are home or is he just never home?

1. Make a great dinner where you have to sit down at the table together.
2. Rent a documentary or a good movie that you can watch together.
3. Buy some tickets for a trip and surprise him!

The first thing that you should do is get his attention. The second thing is when you are in the bedroom at night put something on that he likes to see you in when you have sex.

If he truly has no time for you, hasn't had any time for you in months (years?), is unwilling to rectify the situation on his own, is unwilling to attend counseling with you, etc.... then file for divorce.
