i just bought 2 hours ago 2male guppies and 3 female 1 cleaner and 5 neon tetras about my cleaner fish the man at the shop said that it doesnt grow much bigger then the one i have it isnt agressive and its tiny id say 3cm what type is it.

Probably an ottocinclus (midget suckermouth catfish) or a rubber-nose / rubber lip plecostomus. Could also be a kuhlie loach.
Most other loaches get way bigger.

Does it suck to the side of the tank? If it does, I'd say it was a loach
