The information for all proteins, and also mRNA, tRNA and rRNA is encoded for by genes in the form of DNA.

Proteins of all kinds including enzymes, RNA's - mRNA , rRNA , tRNA , and few enzymes like ribozymes ( enzymes having nucleotides sequences) .

Protein is then transcribed from RNA, using ribosomes.
