It's an ingredient Avon puts in their Anew Deep Crease Concentrate to fight wrinkles by relaxing the muscles under the skin. (a Botox wannabe) It has mixed reviews in terms of effectiveness. As for safety, I hope it's safe or Avon is in trouble.

Yes its safe for your skin. Its helps fight signs of aging.

I think it's the stuff that they put in products to stop the ageing process...i'm not sure if it's safe to use on it's own though...
