The matches are scripted and the moves are made to appear more painful than they actually are, but you can't drop from a 20 foot ladder crashing into a table and expect to not get hurt.
There are real injuries and real bl00d.

ppl ask this question so many times! y do u wanna noe? is that gonna make u hate it more or like it less? if u were really a fan of the wwe u wouldnt be asking this question because every wwe fan should noe that wrestling is scripted! the dumb@ss writers put guys like cena and batista on top becuz they want to attract younger fans wen they should be worrying about the fans they have now! cuz every REAL wwe fan wants taker n hbk on top and not ppl that take steroids... but to get back 2 ur question wrestling is real, injuries r real unless wrestlers fake it 2 take sum time off. but its scripted! so wrestlers noe whos guna win even before the match starts and they just have 2 put on a good match!

Why why why?????? People, not all real fans like HBK and Undertaker. I cant stand Undertaker and his "streak" is a joke. Kane would crush him in a real fight as would that giant Indian dude on Vitamin S from the Adam Sandler prison movie. As for Batista and Cena not being deserving, so are most champions but it isnt about true athletic or wrestling ability, its about who sells tickets. Whether it's Ric Flair or Hulk Hogan or John Cena, they put _____ in the seats and move merchandise. As for the wrestling, it is real. Only the finishes are fake. its fake fake the only real thing is the lifting people up & stuff. its called entertainment cause people luv 2 see ppl fight . same way it is at skool uno? ppl would get mad @ each other they cuss then they sart w/ the punching & kicking. yup its fun 2 watch but uno its fake but it gives u something 2 talk 'bout.its alright i didnt know wrestlling was fake till i was10 which it was 'bout 3 yrs ago so dont feel bad.

Its fake...Its been widely known or "out there" anyway for a while now, since Vince got into trouble over the steroid stuff in the 90s...
