You should have a virus scanner and firewall on any machine that accesses the internet
It is possible for the other machines on the network to have the virus especially if you have shared folders
I suggest you install a scanner and check the other machines out get AVG free anti virus from here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5

It depends on the virus.

A backdoor Trojan usually means a person was able to get full access to your computer. So any computers that your computer had access to on your network could also have been infected.

I highly recommend changing any passwords on any computers and running a virus scan on all your PCs

You can research the specific virus at this URL

However if your virus scanner told you something like Generic Trojan then you probably wont be able to find any specifics on the virus

When one of your computers running on a network gets infected with a virus you should always treat all your other PC's as infected too to prevent the virus from spreading any further, or even worse reinfecting a PC that has been cleaned up. There is nothing more frustrating than cleaning a PC to find out later it was reinfected from a PC that was infected by the original vius.

Viruses may or may not travel to your other computers on your internal network, depending on the virus.

Backdoor Trojans are more dangerous though and there is a probability that it has moved to your other computers.

I would install a virus scan as soon as possible
