[between the ages 17 and 19... is there a possibility that their voices will change?]

Most often yes. You will hear women whose voices never seem to deepen but in most cases womens voices drop just like mens do but for us it is much less obvious. The change is more miniscule and our voices generally will not crack like a boys would during puberty.

Yes... deepening voice is one of the changes during puberty that is common to both genders. Puberty happens at different times for different people. If it is a dramatic thing, get it checked out by a doctor, as it could have its roots in other medical conditions.

It will change over time. But one thing I have seen a pattern with is this:

When a girl is sexually abused at a young age, their voice tends to stay the same as that age.

Of course. It gets a little deeper through puberty and some just hit all the parts later.

Other girls just try to find their comfortable tone. Usually after hearing themselves on tape.

My voice became slightly lower around that time. Who cares? It's sexy.

Yes it gets deeper and then around 30 it gets deeper again.

they usually say that for boys. most of time, girls remain the same apparently. they might think differently, but they still manage to remain innocent looking. that's why we're so tricky.
