Nope I rarely forgive and I never forget I like to keep all that anger inside and let it fester and build up till I explode on innocent people who have no idea why I am mad at them. It's like a hobby

Forgiving can be really hard if the person who betrayed you was a close friend or relative. It is pretty much mandatory that you find forgiveness in your heart in order to move on. If the person is out of your life you must forgive them best you can and get on with your life. Forgetting is an almost impossible thing to do...but you can give it a shot at least : )
heard this in a movie:
"We've all done terrible things to each other, but we have to forgive each other. Or everything we ever were will mean nothing."

I am always able to forgive(eventually),but I never forget. Not forgetting... is the only way that I can avoid the same situation from ever happening again.

Depends on the offense. I try to forgive and forget but some things are just too hard to let go of.

Depends what a person has done that needs forgiving and forgetting. Some things can be forgiven but just not forgotten ever.

Although sometimes I struggle with doing both, I know in my heart that we are supposed to do this...However, forgiving for me is easier than forgetting, and some of life's hardest lessons are learned in matters where to move on, we have to do this.

I can forgive easily, the forgetting is the hardest part....and even then I feel as if I still haven't truly forgiven them, you know?
