I go poo 5 times a day. Is that normal?

I go three to five times a day. A baby goes every time it eats. If it is normal for you then it's normal.

On the infomercial for colon cleanse products the presenter kept referring to how many times a baby goes etc and how as adults usually it is a lot less. He seemed to be saying the more the better so maybe you just eat a good diet. Unless its diarrhea then it might be a concern if not it is probably just the way you are.
