(By underrated I mean never used to their full potenial, or never recieved a "World" title shot despite being worthy, etc....)

My answer would be either Arn Anderson ( he had great promo skills and was a good in ring talent) or Dean Malenko(wasn't so strong on the promo side, but more than made up for it in the ring)

Arn Andersen and Dean Malenko are both VERY underappreciated, but I think there is one person who never really gets his due is William Regal. Great wrestler, not the most energetic personality but can do decent promos when given a chance. It's a bit sad that WWE rarely gives wrestlers not from North America a chance to excell (remember Tajiri and Taka Michinoku?).

The Most UNDERATED wrestler of all time has to be,
Shelton benjamin.
He is the most athletic guy in the WWE right now and possibly the best in the whole 2000-2007. No will ever know his real talent that is hidden. He needs a HUGE push. His biggest push yet was only participating in the Money in the Bank match. Good Luck to Benjamin

I believe someone else had brought this up. But I was thinking of Mark Henry who only received one title shot against Kurt Angle. Kurt had to cheat to beat him and then Henry never received another shot at the title. A few months later, he defeated the new champ Rey, but it was a non title match.

Shelton Benjamin is another wrestler who's been screwed over. After he left Smackdown to go on Raw a few years back. He was defeating Triple H in non title matches, but never gave the man a shot at the Heavyweight championship.

Mr perfect curt henning is the most underrated wrestle ever. yea he was a two time ic champ and a former awa champ but he should have had held the wwe title at least three to four time before his untimely death. but i guess him being inducted into the hall of fame is worthy enough.

Marty Ganetty. When he was tagged up with Sean Micheals years ago they were known as "The Rockers". They started the acrobatic style of risking it all for the crowd. When Sean Micheals turned on him and went solo they never really gave him a chance. Coinsidentally when he came back a few years later he beat Sean Micheals in a one on one match.

Mark Henry no doubt....the worlds strongest man and probably the physically strongest wrestler ever and was never in contention for anything more than the european title

Shelton benjamin is one that will be underrated when he retires...he is immensely talented but people just arent drawn to him. vince wont push him because he isnt all jacked up on steroids either, its just a shame
