Which one? The real Rico, or the people who are imitating him? Lol, the answers to this question are a dead give away as to exactly how dedicated each answerer is to yahoo answers! It's a federal law that the govt enacted to bust the NY crime families but is not used in busting other conspiracies-type crime like terrorism and drug trafficing.
Avoid getting charged with this at all cost. The prison terms are severe. Did I mention severe?

He refers to himself in the third person, he is rude, and his grammar really bites. He is so annoying!
