does this mean additional turbo kits?

Bolt-on means pretty much anything that can be removed and replaced with simple hand tools and no tuning or calibration.

For example, an intake would be bolt on. Cams would not.

That it doesn't require machining, removing the engine or other major work, you just unbolt parts and bolt on new ones. Stuff that wouldn't be a bolt on is things like pistons, rods, crankshaft etc.

Any after market part that bolts-on without alteration.
