I don't understand. Why do some people can blow bubbles while swimming underwater well but I cannot. Is it the problem abou my breathing system or my physical problem?

Easiest way to get over your fear: hum! If you are humming, you will not get water in your nose or mouth. Start humming and dip your mouth in the water then lower so your nose is in too. Once you feel comfortable humming, move on to the next step, NOT humming.

Instead of humming, just take a deep breath in and hold it. Lower your lips into the water and exhale with your nose above the water surface. Once you get that done and are comfortable, move on to blowing nose AND mouth bubbles!

Take a deep breath, hold it. Lower yourself to your lips are covered, start blowing out (You can make a sound sometimes this helps, like a motorboat!) Keep going lower until you are blowing out your nose as well. Good job! Come up for air when you need it.

Great place to practice is in the bathtub or with some kids, kids are GREAT at blowing bubbles!!!

Good luck!!!

i think u might have problem with blowing bubbles underwater bcuz of ur fear of swimming and maybe something in ur subconcious or somewhere is telling u that u cant breath out underwater bcuz u'll run out of air and u wont be able to get back to the surface and u'll drown.......u just have to close ur eyes and take a deep breath with ur face very close to the water, then exhale slowly and as u start to exhale put ur head under the water and it should work..........do this a bunch so u get used to it and that should help u with ur problem..............

in the previous swimming the total arm pull and flutter kick, practise the right respiration first in waist or chest-intense water. In all kinds of swimming, respiration in and exhaling are executed by the mouth. in case you by chance take in slightly water, achieveable spit it out; yet no longer at the same time as the water receives sucked in by the nostril because you'll sense very uncomfortable. With a deep breath, at the same time as status, positioned your face interior the water, handbag your lips and blow out small bubbles. in the previous completely expired, turn your head to at least one aspect and gulp in some air by the mouth. you should use your palms to change interior the pulling action. Repeat the cycle of head-turns and arm pulls many cases till they alter into second nature to you. which could prefer to address your issue and the next step is to get your arm pull and flutter kick mixture suitable. Regards. :-))
