I like this guy which is my friend m friend karoline says i should not tell him but i want him to know how i feel about him.The thing is that i cant tell him b/c he might not want to be my friend and the second thing is

Casually bring up how his love life is faring. Tell him that you like this guy, but aren't sure how he feels about you and you're scared to ask him outright. He'll know that you're just as afraid of rejection as he is and he may end up offering up his opinion. Either that or just ask him out to a movie or something. So what if he says no? It's certainly not going to be the end of the world for you. You just pick up your pride and move on to someone that really does want to go out w/ you.

i say dont tell. only sfbecause people go through phases when they like someone for about 3 days and then they dont any more...and that would be kinda embarrassing if you said you liked him then realized that you didn't plus if you do really like him make sure that their is atleast a little chance of you guys getting together in a postive way that is going to lead some where productive

Have conversations with the guy. Build a friendly relationship and, of course, flirt. He will make a move if he's interested. You have a long time to get a shot at him. You do not and should not be direct. Build it like a friendship first.

first of all, if he's a true friend he should still be your friend no matter what. secondly, i think you should tell him. you really don't have anything to lose. because if he says he doesn't want to be your friend, then, like i said, he wasn't really a friend. who knows? maybe he's scared to tell you how he feels...
