How did you find out they were gone? Was it a happy parting when you split or was there anger and hurt? have you overcome any lingering feelings about the situation?

My Brother died in a car accident years ago, the day before we were fishing and talking about his baby on the way and how happy he was that he was finally having a child, My brother was adopted so it was important for him, that was the hardest part of losing Jamie, but his boy Dylan will know what kind of man his Father was. That is a promise I will never break.

Yes but it was not a split or fight...I had called my best friend Madelyn on Easter..in 2003..we talked about what we were having for dinner etc. girl talk..I wished her a happy Easter we told each other I love you and we said goodbye. That Thursday my phone rang at 4am Madelyn was found dead, in her bed by her husband that morning!
So always remember when you talk to a friend or any loved one, say I love you...it might be the last conversation you have...we have no way to know.

yes... i said goodbye to a friend of mine that i met during my summer vacations. i said goodbyw thinking we would meet again in a month or too. in a month my friends told me he died. it was so sudden i cried for over a week. now i regret almost everyday not talking to him more, not spending more time with him.... it still hurts sometimes

yes, my mom. it was a happy parting I told her I was proud of her fight, she went suddenly the next day, how I wish I had said more ⥠it still hurts

Our youngest son went to work, there was an accident, and he was killed. The police called from the town he was working in.
