i get myself stuck there too much

The last question I answered was a doozie and would fit your description.
However, a better answer is: I like my present job because it is presently offering me opportunity for enjoying more free time, ( something that is a luxury in the workplace generally.). But I feel it doesn't offer me the chances for professional development that is also important to me.
So, right now, I feel stuck between that rock and a hard place. I have to make a difficult decision.
