my fancy fantail goldfish has gotten his tail fin chewed on...do they grow back??

Yes it will certainly grow back, you need to apply stress-coat and metanil blue to the water, and a bit on non-iodized salt, it will help the fin to heal fast and grow faster.

Yes but it will take time use stress coat by API it will speed regeneration and calm the fish down I use it when my one fish goes after the other cause they wke him up in the morning but he never really herts them just gives em a nudge.

Yes, it will grow back. Sometimes it can take a while to look normal again, but it will slowly grow back to normal or very near normal.
