The first two do, the third one doesn't.

(4,3): y = 1/4x + 4
y = 1 + 4 (plugging in the point values)
y = 5, not 3.

For every point you simply need to insert one of the values in the equation and see if you obtain the other. But in this case you don't need this; since the equation is linear you can not obtain two different y values (5 and 3) for the x value 4
