I had an incident where I called Domino's to order a pizza which took 2 hours to come. I let the delivery guy know that I was not giving him a tip. He got mad and started calling my cell phone over and over to curse me out in Spanish. I called the manager and (keeping it nice) he was just as ignorant. So I want to teach these idiots a lesson about wasting my hard earned daytime minutes to vent. How many of you could do this on your job? I dont get mad. I get even.

All you have to do is call high marketing companies, especially direct mail ones and charities and ask them that you're interested in what they sell or do and can you be added to there list. Give them a false address and the name of the guy from the pizza place with his mobile number. ai would honestly suggest you get over what happened, because it will stress you out more by worrying about it.

I would do 1 thing better.. I would call the dominos and speak with the manager again. If I didn't have a resolution by the end of that call, I would ask the manager for the District Managers number. (Keeping very calm through the process). If the manager wouldn't give me the number, I'd call another Domino's and get the number from them. I would procede up the Chain (no pun intended) until I felt extremely satisfied that the situation would be resolved. You would be amazed how fast something gets resolved when the Executive VP gets involved with a situation! ; )

Go around to message boards and post their number for anything for sale .Create a fake craigslist ad and post their number as the contact. List it in supermarkets and laundromats especially are good on the poster boards.

Enter...Do Not Call List...in your web browser...Website will appear where u can register...There is an 888 number in there you can call also...good luck...in addition

Bothered by Telemarketers? Want to stop people from calling you at home to sell you things?

You may register your phone number (including cell phone number) with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Consumer Protection Bureau. The FTC has set up a special website where you can register your phone numbers for five-year periods.

You may also call 1-888-382-1222 ( 1-866-290-4236 for TTY users) to register your phone number. Please note that you must call the above number from the phone you want to place on the registry.

The national registry works in conjunction with similar registries in 27 states. The state of Maryland does not have a statewide Do Not Call registry, but the state does recognize individual resident’s rights not to be called. Maryland informs the consumer on how to stop annoying calls and by protecting your personal information such as your telephone number and address. For more information on the Do Not Call policies in Maryland and how to file a complaint against a company who has called you in violation of the registry, please contact the Maryland Attorney General’s Office at (410) 528-8662 or visit their website.

What happens when I register?

You can stop calls from any company ( in-state or from outside Maryland) that is trying to promote or sell you goods or services. You can also give permission for certain companies to keep calling you.

If you register on-line, you will receive an email confirmation and in order to activate your entry, you must reply to the email. For those who sign up by August 31, 2003, the FTC will start enforcement of the registry on October 1, 2003. If you call the registry after August 31, 2003 the registry may take up to 3 months from the date you registered.

The registration remains in effect until the phone number is disconnected, 5 years has passed or you take your number off the registry.

Who can still call you?

While the system will prevent most telemarketers from calling you, there are exceptions. The following groups/companies may still call you.

Companies may call you for 90 days after you inquire about services or complete an application for services.

If you have an "established business relationship", the company may call you for up to 18 months after the last time you purchased something from them (or had another "business transaction").

Tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations (charities) are exempt and may call to raise money.

This registry does not cover calls on religious or political matters (for example political polls) since they are not considered telemarketers.
