need help, what does this mean?

Gotta put this one in context first. This is Macduff speaking, and bear in mind that he JUST saw Duncan's murdered body. Specifically, he's calling out to Duncan's two sons, Malcolm and Donalbain, and urging them to wake up and face the day's horror.

I think his point is that, when these two young boys learn what has happened to their father, they'll be in a state of absolute SHOCK, and will therefore appear as walking spirits, or as corpses risen from the grave.

In this instance Macduff seems to be pleading that Banquo and Malcolm appear immediately like spirits who do not have to take time to travel from one place to another.

sprites refers to the fairy folk, whom it is believed could walk without leaving footprints, without being heard, etc. it's very similar to a ghost, which were very prevalent in many of shakespeare's works. sprites refers to the fiary folk, which medieval and renaissance people believed in.
