If everyone thinks you suck, then you must be horrible. Why be saved? Right?

Basically what everyone seems to be saying is...

Live your life an asshole and the second before your last breathe ask for forgiveness. NICE deal.

By this idea heaven is packed with a bunch of a**holes, makes you wonder how bad hell really is.

Jesus loves everybody. Not everybody will be saved just because he loves them. Takes a decision on your part if you choose to get with the program, or just continue being an A**to everyone. He died to save souls and wasn't an A** toward others. What are you willing to give up?

PS. Are you're friends saved and why do they think that about you?

It is possible to be saved and still act like an @$$h0le. I'm not saying that its the right thing to do. Once have confessed with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and SAvior over your life then you are saved and thats between you and Him no one else. As for what others say about you , if u agree in a sense that you can act like that at times then admit that to urself and try to change. Youcan even pray to God to help to change your attitude because on judgement day you wont have to stand before everyone else, you'll have to answer to God.

KG ...even a tool of an a~~hole is saved by the Christ's love.Only if said person accepts the saviour in true faith.
Ones faith in God's salvation is what saves us, it is not a democratic process on judgement day. God does not depend on the observations, and judgement calls of other people.
If everyone thinks you suck it could be for reasons unaccountable by everyone.Right? Faith is why you are saved.

What makes you so sure Jesus loves you? What makes you so sure there is a Jesus?

If everyone thinks you are an a$$hole, maybe it would be more constructive to ask yourself why and try to correct your behaviour.

The fact that you may or may not be saved is irrelevant.

Well, if you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he has died for your sins and you have accepted this, then you are pretty much saved, a&%hole or not.

But I have a notion if this all goes down that way, the J-man and/or his dad is going to have a talkin' to with you about why you were such an a&%hole...

The mass man is never right, if the company one keeps is not in accordance to Christian faith, and the company of fellows is unrepentant of their tresspasses then it doesn't matter what they think it is irrelevant, the word is offered if it is rejected then the company of fools is never a good thing

from what I understand "Jesus loves everybody".
it is not enough that he loves yout to be saved- and it doesn't matter what other people think about you-

what matters (per christianity, I think) Is that you "accept Jesus into your life" and believe in him, and act in his ways, be forgiving and so on...

only then can you be saved.

Everybody doesn't know your soul. People think they do of course, but they don't. Only God does. So, that's why it's up to Him, not us.
