Strange. Sometimes when you dream of losing a tooth, it means you are approaching a new level of maturity, sometimes it means you are under alot of stress. I don't think dreaming of a lost tooth in and of itself means that someone will die. The way you describe it though, what I personally think may be going on, is that while you are asleep you are picking up on psychic information that one of your loved ones is in trouble, or that death is imminent, but instead of telling your self that straight out, you are accepting this news as a stress reaction, which in turn becomes the dream about loosing a tooth. That would account for your sense of foreboding when you wake up. It sounds to me like a protective measure that keeps the news from hitting you full on. Sometimes a symbol takes on a meaning that applies only to you, and while that is not what it usually means, it has become a personal symbol to you in this way. Most unusual...

Think about it. Everybody has 20 baby teeth, so 20 people will die for each person loosing teeth. Soon there will be no one left!!!

Of wait...you said you only dreamed of loosing a tooth. I am sure that if you ever have that dream you will always be able to find someone dying some time in the near future. People are dying even when you don't have the dream. It is pure coincidence. Ever heard of cause and effect?

Usually dreaming about losing your teeth, teeth turning to glass, sand, etc. etc. It mean's you dont feel in control of something in your life. The only reason I know this is because my roommate has these dreams ALL the time and my friend's mom does research on dreams and sleep. So I asked her about it. Haha. I dont think someone will die... I think you've just had some coincidences.

Hope I helped... Keep us updated!

Supposedly dreaming about loosing a tooth has to do with grinding your teeth. Maybe you are sensing what is about to happen (even if you don't realize), then you are stressed and grind your teeth. Hence the tooth loss dream?

Well, I had that type of drema like twice, and nothing happened. I am not really sure if that is a myth or not, but sometimes this type of stuff scares me too. It could be just a coincidence, but you never really know. I doubt that ALWAYS after this type of dream someone dies, but when someone does, it feels kind of scary....

That's what people say, when you dream of a loose, a lost tooth or one with a cavity, it symbolizes death or disease.

I have had dreams like that too, where my teeth are falling out. It usually means that someone close to you is dying

well according to Trinidadian elders, to loose a tooth symbolizes death (La Mort) taking one out of the whole. if you loose a front tooth it can mean the death of your mother or child.
