Votefortheworst.com is the culprit. They are irritated that the first few shows are about humiliating people coz it gets ratings. I think it is horrible. Don't get me wrong Sanjaya is more talented than I am but there are so many other talented people on that show right now. Chris should not have gone b4 sanjaya. They are going to ruin the show if he wins. Howard stern is also asking people to vote 4 him coz he thinks sanjaya looks like him as a teenager. Whatever!! The whole thing is going to result in the show being cancelled. :-(

A few weeks ago there was an article on yahoo asking that same question. It was believed that the teen girl factor was responsible but in reality it is the "Hawaii" factor. It seems that the Aloha state has one of the highest percentages for voting for an "IDOL" and since Sanjaya was raised on the islands he has a local loyalty with them and that's who keeps voting for him.

All the "tweens" and Indians in America and people that arre trying to bring Idol down this season. I saw this on Headline News last night. Thet think he has a good chance of winning it this season. They seem to think people like the underdog.
