Say "sir, I do not believe in using oxymorons such as strongest weakness. Is that a minor weakness because it's strong...or a BIG weakness because it's strong? "
He'll be baffled by your intellect and hire you as assistant director to the board of trustees and secretarial staff notwithstanding the rules of major league baseball with liberty under God.

Your weakness: That you can work to hard and you can sometimes let it get in the way when it comes in between you and your family. You type a little slower than normal. (or that you type really fast that you have to go back and take a second to check on mispelled words. That you get nervouse in meetings.
Your strongest. You work hard every day to fullfill all requirments. Your on time and never late. Rarly miss work. Your a great listener and you lear and pick up on things quick.
All of these worked great. You dont want to tell them anything that is going to hurt you for your weakness because they will use that against you. You have to make it look like a positive for a company but may not be so great for you. For your strengths, make sure you stay strong and firm with what you say but make sure it is true too.

I learned a long time ago about this.
I answered truthfully once and on every performance review from that manager after it was a problem.
A really bad manager.
Try this, make a weakness a strength.
Example: If you are really organized, say, I used to be really unorganized, I found out what it took to keep things in place and now I can find it all.
Go for your strong side. Call it a weakness, and how you fixed it.
The bad manager will be at a loss on how to reply, the good manager will like you for it.
Reason being, the good manager wants to make you look good so he/she looks good.
The bad manager wants you to look bad because then he/she looks good by dealing with bad employees.

You always need to turn this question into a positive. Itis what is known as a stress question- you should say something like-
I am extremly detailed and sometimes people say that I nit pick, but I just like things to be done correctly.
or,
I dont know when to just go home. I work long hours and sometimes get very tierd, but I believe in staying until the job is done.

I'm thinking you mean if they ask what your weaknesses or worst weakness is, what do you say. I'd say tell the truth, but then tell how you deal with that.
For instance, I said in one just this week that I'm naturally unorganized, so I acknowledge that and have learned several organizing techniques and tricks to keep myself more organized and together.

Your weakness should be a strength disguised as a weakness...like, I focus too much on my work and forget to leave on time or I try to solve problems independently and forget to allow others the opportunity to be involved

You should be saying what your the worst at doing.
Are you shy, or someone that is short tempered, a bit slow etc?
Good questions, it is a good test of charactor.
It is hard to design interview questions to you know. I have done them myself.
I hate interviewing people too.

Everyone has weaknesses, of course, but in regard to doing this job proficiently, I can not think of anything.
[I have a friend who interviews people regularly. He once told me that if people want to tell him why he shouldn't hire them, he's happy to listen]
