Actually if you routinely use Ocean or the generic saline nasal spray, you won't need anything else!!! But when I do need it, it's Sudafed Sinus all the way or Flonase. Flonase tastes and smells like you swallowed a vase of daisies, but it works.

I use Excedrin Sinus when I have a sinus headache. Works like a charm.

when i run out of the claritin d and I haven't the gumption to get off my rear and head to the store, Benadryl severe allergy works for me, but it does make me woozy sometimes.
