I received a letter from court, says I didn't complete taking driving course online, and I did not taking it... what if I take now before the hearing day... is that help?

First, be sure to appear in court on the date given or an arrest warrant will be issued for you.

Be prepared to explain why you didn't complete the drivers course. I doubt any excuse short of being hospitalized will suffice since you can use free internet at public places like the library.

You received a sentence that was suspended pending your completion of the drivers education course. Since you didn't complete the drivers education course, the court will impose the sentence, so go prepared to pay the fine, or do jail time.

Completing the course now may or may not help your case. That will depends on the policy of the particular court you appear in. But it won't hurt your case, and will show the court that you taking the sentence seriously. Good Luck

It definitely would not hurt you. You still have to appear in court, and may be asked why you didn't complete it in the allotted time. You should have a good reason ready for that question. Beyond that it is up to the Judge or Magistrate, what happens.
