I don't know of any parades going on in the city. There is plenty to do and alot of the museums have special things for Easter Weekend. I would certainly consider looking at the gophila.com website. Another resource is the weekend section of the Philadelphia Inquirer phillyburbs.com. Good question about English Football....there are tons of Sports Bars in the city.... but unfortunately Football (you gotta call it soccer here....or else people get confused! Hahaha) is not usually top priority.... Check with Chickie & Petes http://www.chickiesandpetes.com/ , dave & Busters http://www.daveandbusters.com/ & Tony Lukes, http://www.tonylukes.com/.... If you wind up at Chickie & Petes try the crab fries (Yummy fries with old bay dipped in cheese sauce). Dave & Busters is a family arcade & bar...At Tony Lukes... You gotta have a cheesteak!!! Enjoy your stay in Philadelphia....

Yes - I have a friend who watches English football at the Dark Horse on 2nd street around south (called Headhouse Square). You can also watch them at Fado on 15th and Locust. If there is an easter parade it is on the the Ben Franklin Parkway; otherwise church - there are a number of Episcopalian churches (but - sorry - no Anglican ones anymore) in Philly. Email for more info.

Check out http://www.gophila.com/ for a complete list of things happening next weekend.

I don't know of any parades, at least not any big ones. However I know there are tons of egg hunts and stuff at community centers and American Legion posts. Most of the events are listed on the website.

You should be able to see soccer at any pub or sportsbar, provided it's televised.

Have fun and enjoy your stay!!!
