Yes, that's the worst. I'll be passing out on the couch watching t.v. then get up to go bed, lay down and stare at the ceiling for 2 hours.

Oh yes, i have and i hate that. It is like everything in my life is going through my mind and i cannot stop it. I end up getting up and doing something on the computer until i am so tired. It is sometimes 4 A.M. before i get to sleep and, sometimes, sleep aids do not help.

Been a nightmare few days for me hun. My son became stabbed on Sunday. i could not sleep and positioned myself desirous to fall asleep in an uncomfortable plastic chair interior the bright Care Unit. sense for you, per chance drowsing up antagonistic to the wall is extra valuable than no sleep in any respect. attempt between the organic remedies on grant. with any luck they could help.
