China and Russia tend to vote together 90% of the time, especially on issues that benefit the US. You here a lot lately about China and US resisting US backed pressure on Iran as the did Iraq before the current war started. On many issues, Russia will ally with other countries of the former Soviet Union or with traditional allies from the Cold War like Cuba, Egypt and India.
