well my husband's like that too.. well i guess some people just have some trouble expressing their emotions and what they truly feel. I know it is sometimes frustrating but you'll see that they love you in some other ways. giving admiration is not all that is in a relationship. you could see your wife loves you through the small things she does for you,, like cook your meal, wash your clothes, look after you.. you may just overlooked it but she loves you. why dont you be the first one to admire her and compliment her ,,when was the last time you gave her gifts or flowers? have a candlelight dinner ? or just compliment her? women love that and by doing that will give her confidence in expressing what she truly feels. try it,, it might just work.

Admiration is a two way street. I loved my first husband but hated his actions. Please sit down and talk to her, maybe all is not as bad as it seams, is she pre-occupied with other worries? Does she feel as though you have fallen out of love with her? Does she feel as though you take advantage of her? By admiration, do you mean worship? You are responsible for your own actions and reactions, as is she. Does she have a reason to admire you? Do you admire her?

Show you admiration? Like kiss your feet or tell you how wonderful and handsome you are every minute of every day? Maybe she shows you in ways you dont understand. Or she could be taking you for granted. Or maybe you are a mean and hateful gut and she cant stand to be around you. Hard to say since we dont have her side of the story.

Walking behind you all the time, doing everything for you but chewing your food, washing your dirty feet or what

She proabaly just tells you that. The way you know is ask yourself this... Are you the sole financial provider? Do you guys have more than one kid? What do you provide for your wife that is not tied to love but is pure living necessity?
The answers to these questions may give you insight into her actions.
