Rylan can be use either way
FYI:
It is English, meaning from the Rye Land.

Riley is getting to be more of a name for either boy or girl, but I have only heard Rylan once, and it was for a boy. It's kind of like a cross between Ryan and Dylan. I think it would be fine for a little boy's name!

I have always thought it was a boys name. I really like it. I know Riley is used more for girls now BUT I still think it is masculine enough for a boy too.

It's one of those either/or names from today. Rylan is a good spelling for a boy.

I think the name Rylan is cute. I've heard it once before on an episode of Supernanny. It was a boy.

I must say that I think that Rylan is a boys name. This is my brothers name and I just dont think that I could imagine it on a girl. :)

Rylan sounds like a boys name, but people will forever misspell / mispronounce it as Ryan.

to me it sounds more like a girls name but with that said i have met both a girl and a boy named ryan so, it is a name that probably would work for a boy.
