Here's a list of some of my favorite shower games:
1. Make a matching game list of celebrity parents and their babies. I would pick the crazy names like Apple, JerMajesty, etc.
2. Dirty diaper game. May look discusting, but pretty fun. Melt 5-10 candy bars and pour them into different diapers. Guests try to guest which candy bar it is by the smell and look.
3. Belly size guess. Use toilet paper or a string. Guests guest how big the pregnant lady's belly is by measuring out a certain amount of string or toilet paper.
4. Television show kids names. Make a list of television shows and a list of all the children's names from each show. Each guest has to match the kids with what television show they were on.
5. Diaper the baby blindfolded. Each guest has a doll and a diaper. They must put the diaper on the doll as fast as they can while blindfolded. Fastest person with a diaper put on correctly wins!
You can find many more by googling baby shower games. Have fun!!!

I thought this was the cutiest game we played ever and I was at a lot of baby showers. Before the shower we bought some white fleese or some other cloth diaper looking fabric.Cut it into a square and fold it to look like a little diaper, it will be about 1 1/2 inch big.You use a small saftey pin to hold it shut. It must be a little thicker fabric, because you put a little mustard inside it. You make as many diapers as you have guests. Then you hand one out to each guest and give them a stick pin to put it on themselves. They all think that it is just a cute little decoration that each of them are going to wear at the shower, but at the end of the shower you ask everyone to take off their diaper and open it up, the one that has the mustard in their diaper gets the door prize. We gave away the centerpiece. You can get the word finds that have to do with babies and then give one to each of the girls and who ever finds the most words in one minute gets the prize. Or give them the full name of the pregnant woman and have them make the most words pertaining to babies out of her name. Words like playpen, nipple, bottles, crib, etc. Give them two minutes and then the winner with the most names gets a prize, we also gave booby prizes and they were really funny . At the very end you could play the dice game and have them all open their gifts that they won and then put two dice in a tin pan and pass it around everyone gets one shake and if they get doubles they get to pick a gift from the center or from the other people. This goes on until all the gifts are gone from the center and maybe a minute or two after. I hope that you have fun and I would like to send my best wishes to you and the mother to be! God Bless.

I had 3 baby showers (I know, I'm very lucky). The one thrown by work had all the games. We did the baby food guessing contest. I did terrible!! We had about 15 bottles of baby food and we all had to try them, whoever got the most correct, won a prize. We also did this thing where there was a list of questions about me, like my full name, my birthdate, some of my favorite things, where I went to school, etc. and they could also guess the measurements of my baby- that was actually really fun. I'm not too sure of any others, but I hope this helped!

baby food testing: you blind fold the person, and let them taste the selected baby food. Then they have to try and guess the flavor. Whoever gets the most right wins.
use plastic easter eggs fill with water put a tiny baby (favor babies found at party stores)in them, freeze them. At the beginning of the baby shower you give everyone their baby egg and ask them top make a prediction on how long they think it will take their babies to hatch and record on a piece of paper. Whoever was closest to the time that they guessed is the winner.

Remember: its okay not to have any shower games. I requested none at my shower, and although there were a few gasps from the older generation, everyone agreed that it was the most fun they'd had at a shower! We put disp. cameras on the tables and everyone shot funny pics and visited. I'll probably get some bad reviews here for disregarding tradition but I think shower games are boring, old and tired! :)

there is a game where you name an animal then the guest names the baby of that animal like lion and the answer would be cub. Another is to put mustard in a napkin folded like a diaper put it on the inside fold so you can put mints in the center the guest that get's the dirty diaper is the winner
another is put items in a bag bottle, diaper rattle ect... have the guest guess what is in the bag with a ball of yarn have the guest estimate the size your wife's belly the one who is closest wins. these are a few suggestions.

We did a home-made pictionary or charades with baby items. Also make a cd (double as the favor) with songs with anything about baby, mom, parenting, etc in the lyrics or even the group - like the Mamas and the Papas. Then give everyone a sheet with blank lines for song and artist, and play Name that Tune, by playing a snipet on a cd player.

1) you see a bunch of baby items on a table or tray, then they get taken away and you have a certain amount of time to write down the items you remember and whoever gets the most correct ones wins
2) a roll of toilet paper or some string & scissors is passed around, you have to guess how much will wrap around the mom and her belly (like around her waist), and you take your piece, the one most correctly fitting wins
3) put items in separate brown paper bags (one item per bag), guests feel the bags and try to guess what baby item is inside, number the bags and guests write down their answers
4) put some candy (like peanut m & m s) in a baby bottle and people guess how many are inside
Also, I've seen where a timer is set while the mom is opening gifts, and when the timer goes off, whoever's gift she is opening wins a prize.

at my baby showers we played the baby game. Everyonegot a ribbon button thingy that pinned to their shirts when they walked int he door. And then you weren't allowed to say the word baby. And if you said it and someone caught you saying it then they got your button. The person with the most buttons at the end of the game wins a prize.

My favorite is this:
Everyone gets a paper plate and a pen. You all put the plate on your head and you have 30 seconds to draw a picture of a baby on the plate. Once the plate is on your head and you begin drawing, you can't look at it, until the 30 seconds is up. At the end, the mother to be will look at them all and judge which is the best. You're sure to get lots of laughs out of this one!
