i went to the laundromat to wash ALL my shirts and underwear--then i left for an hour came back and someone stole it all! so i have been pantyless for like 3 days and i cant go shopping because all the money i have left so i have the same shirt on and uh its wrong. im such white trash

emotion at work,
it kills me, i go to work, deal with cases of child abuse, and domestic violence and all that crap, and i can distance ,myself
but then i get home and it plays on me, i see it in my sleep.
I cant leave the job at work, it takes over my whole life.
I love being a cop, I know that im doing good
but i wish i could just switch off that part of me off
