Listen to music while i write or draw...
Its really relaxing, and can bring you down from any tantrum... just .... write, and write until there is nothing left to write about--- the false sense of completion covers up the bad things- expressing yourself doesn't hurt much either, though. And besides... if I actually told someone the things I write, I don't know what would happen... Anyway, I don't think it would be the same without the actually hand-writing it. ---When you're writing, you can be anyone you want-- maybe that's it.
