sure!!! for years i`ve worn tights with t`s, tights under dresses...they are extremely versatile, u can pair them with so many things, that`s why they make a good wardrobe staple!!!

Do you mean tights without a skirt? That sounds like it would be hot, especially with a long tee or top. But then I like seeing the tights under skirts also.

Yes, you definitely don't want to wear a skirt under your tights. I think that would rank somewhere down with wearing a streamer of toilet paper hanging down from your pants.

Check out the Olsen twins; one of them constantly wears a big plaid shirt with only black tights and high heel boots. Kind of eccentric, but also kind of good-looking.

For the sake of the general public, don't wear anything that doesn't cover your butt, even with tights. We don't need to see all that.
You could wear canvas or denim shorts, with wedge or espadrille shoes, or extra long tee shirts, or dresses, or....
There's a lot you can wear. But please, please, please do not wear tights without anything over. It's a tragic fashion mistake.

yes and u can wear it with a nice long t or blouse we wear it that way in the caribbean all the time
