Would it be possible to run into the path of a small tornado, F2/F3, let it pick you up, spit you out, and as it spits you out you release your parachute and float safely to the ground? Provided you'd probably also have an oxygen mask just in case you get carried above 5000ft.

Based on your assumptions, and F-2 or F-3 tornado is pretty vicious thing. But, you probably would not need an Oxygene mask since 5000 feet you can still breath. 10, 000 feet you would suffocate. Next, a parachute is only good for speeds not exceeding 35 miles per hour. and usually an F-2 or 3 has winds speeds exceeding 80 mph. so your chute would be destroyed or would not open and all and you would die. But if you are one of the very lucky few people in the world like the lady in Oklahoma last year that was picked up by an F-4 while she was in her house. She was thrown approxamately 1/2 mile away from where she started and landed in a soft area of a tree. If you were like her and brave enough I have a camera and you tll me when and where and I will be glad to be the cameraman.

A tornado is incredibly violent. You'd be killed by flying debris- brutally, not unlike being stoned to death. and- the parachute would be ripped to shreds.

But- it wouldn't take a tornado.

A thunderstorm, or even a strong thermal is sufficient. A parachutist falls at perhaps 20-30 feet per second. The sucking air under a thunderstorm can easily be twice that velocity upwards.

The chances of you making it are 1 out of 1,000,000,000
Because with the wind so strong and stuff flying in the air it would tear the parachute apart. And you would be in very bad shape yourself you might not make it buddy

You would die. But an airplane couldn't get close enough to a tornado for you to parachute into it anyways b/c the turbulence would make it crash.

You and your chute would get ripped to shreads by the wind and all the debris blowing around. Imagine getting hit by a mailbox doing 200 mph
