It's not your problem. Tell them to cut the crap.

It's time to grow up and be mature about this issue. It's a fact of life that not all our friends and family are going to like each other. They have you in common and when they are at an event (a wedding, child's birthday or such) it is required everyone be civil.
Tell each one it really is their problem unless they want you to be a go between to mend the rift...otherwise it is a subject you would rather not engage in. Remind them this is what is fair to them. After all how would they feel knowing you were gossiping with the other one behind their back. Never allow another discussion that is a back biter. Your friends will respect you knowing you totally respect them at all times. That is what is most important.

If your friends dislike eachother, try not to talk behind either friends' back or the other friend (the one talked about) will de-friend you. And if both of your friends dislike eachother, they're saying that they dislike you becuase you share traits with both friends. You can always try asking why they dislike eachother so much and make-up or/and always do stuff together so neither friend get left out. Your friends maybe very sensitive during this time and might get jealous easily. Try not to hang and trust those friends too much becuase if you feel something is wrong. Trust your feelings and move on with life if a must.

The simple answer is keep them away from each other. You might want to ask them why they don't like the other person. Remember just because you are friends with this ladies ( I'll assume) doesn't mean they'll be friends with each other.

well sometimes some people just don't like other people. it's natural. if your friend does not like your other friend, then there's nothing you can do about it, especially if they are talking negatively about each other.

this situation happened to me, too. what i did was i let them stay away from each other and this made my life and their life more peaceful.. anyway, i'm still friends with both of them.

I have the same prob. I have 3 friends in different social groups. I can never hang out with all of them at the same time or its jus weird. And if you do something with one of them, the one one gets mad. I try to do stuff with all of them. I make them go to c a movie together and then we go out to eat. Its weird, but its the only way i get to spend time with all of them w/o them all getting mad at me. And it helps. They talk to each other. But then we go back to school and they act like they dont know each other agian.

True friends just don`t do that sort of thing! Sounds to me like a case of immaturity. Try talking to them and let them know how you feel about their behavior..then by their reactions, you should find out about how true their friendship is. Then I think you`ll know the answer as to what you should do!

you should tell them not to tell you about those things because you are friends with both of them. you should ask them to both hang with you together one day and try to see if they can get along. That sometimes works.

you should tell them you don't want to be in the middle of this .
and tell them you are not taking sides and you do not feel comfortable about them talking about each other.

respect them both, and let them both know that you plan on respecting them both. therefor any negativity between them you would just assume not here about... they should respect that if they are truely friends.... dont get involved with thier differences, you'll only end up pulled one way or the other.
