Guys will ALWAYS look at women. Even dads, grandpas, and great grandpas are looking at other women. Due to the standards of beauty in our society, and some genetic predisposition, younger women will get the bulk of that attention. If he LOOKS with a little discretion, I don't see any harm in it. If he hoots like a construction worker and makes rude comments, that is disrespectful, both to the women and you.

I absolutely agree that it is a guy thing. I find myself looking at women too, not because I particularly admire them or that I will do anything about it. Many thoughts go through my head: the firmness of youth, how aging I am, how it was once--not all of them have to do with wanting to bed younger women. Not any of them has to do with prefering youger women to my wife. The comparison does not arise.

that is a tough one, what is that song "I am a girl watcher". Guys glance or look at women, but women glance or look at men. Do you ever glance at men ? I am a guy, I try to limit my looking, a glance is OK, but when you look too long, that sometimes causes less than good thoughts.
Most of the time its OK, but within limits. I sing to my wife "I only have eyes for you". Which is true, she is a few years older than you & very attcctrive, she is my favorite to look at, I am always "checking her out" at home, mall, etc,,, I can have all of those thoughts & they be fine !

well i am also married,, and i also have that problem. I guess guys are really like that. Just don't make a big deal out of it. just let him know you notice and ask him what makes that woman sexy or interesting. Keep in mind his answers and try to do or emulate what he likes in a particular girl. maybe he noticed their long hair, sexy dress, sexy shoes etc, its a fun way and healthy way to update yourself too. But don't ask him all the time, guys tend to be irritated sometimes. Also, dont forget the element of mystery. Though you've been married for years, dont tell every detail. make him ask, and when you answer make him wait. guys go gaga over that. maybe that could help rekindle your relationship.

Start admiring younger or older men, I bet he'll notice you then.I would make comments such as "geee, that guy has great arms" whether it be a person on tv or the street. Give him some of his own medicine :)

I think it is a "respect" thing. He should respect you.
