It will be a lame excuse by saying that India lost to Bangladesh due to match fixing. The fact is that India were over confident and complacent while taking on Bangladesh and they did not take Bangladesh seriously. Unfortunately for India Bangladesh took their game to new heights in that match, whereas Indian batsmen and bowlers totally failed to play to their potential.

God! First of all, Rahul Dravid is one of the greatest cricketers in the world! I cant believe people are saying he was involved in match fixing!
So the Answer is NO, the match was not fixed. India never played to their level best in that match.
Ajay Jadeja said that India never fought for victory in that match. They expected victory to come to them. And they ended up losing...Bangladesh did all the right things.
I think this loss will do good for the team. I think it will help them to do better, as a team, in the future.

India lost because Bangladesh outsmarted us in every department of the game. I see no reason why all matches with an unexpected result should be termed as fixed.

India had violated the first maxim of warfare : NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR ENEMY. We thought that Bangladesh would be swept aside by our much touted cricketers. Bangladesh had nothing to lose- they were already the underdogs! The match was most definitely not fixed. Let us not challenge the morality of our players just because they happen to lose to a less fancied side. I think we are taking things a bit too hard. Mate, finally it was a game! Nobody died there!!

India lost the match because it played poorly as a team.
Full credits to Bangladesh too however. They used their opportunities effectively.

match can be fixed but we cant say in our own that the match is fixed.Indian team didnt have fighting back power.... we have good batting order but only in papers....... they didnt play according to there name in game.....!!!! its real bad that we loose a match against bangladesh.........
